    Ring Dips/Dips/Ring Holds/Matador x Max Reps

  2. In teams of two, partners alternate whole rounds and complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 10 minutes of:

5 Power Cleans (135/95)

10 Hand-release Push-Ups
