A.PRACTICE POWER SNATCH + OHS (20 min.)
(warm-up with PVC both movements and with skill transfers: 3×3 BTNPP, OHS, Heaving SB, Snatch Balance. Proceed to do the same with and empty BB 3×2. Work up to the weight used for WOD).
