A.  Work on a weakness! Choose between Pistols OR Ring Dips & work on a progression. If you choose pistols, complete 3 sets of 10 reps (peach side). Ring Dips 5 x 5. *Advanced athletes – weighted! (Weighted pistols holding a DB or KB in both hands.)

B.  Row 2km for time.
