A. Practice Power Cleans

B. Work on a weakness! Choose between HSPUs OR Strict Pull-ups & work on a progression. EMOM 10 min. a number of reps that you can do consistently.(Example: 5 UB HSPU for 10 min.) Advanced athletes can choose a challenging number of HSPUs or do Strict HSPUs / or they can do the EMOM with weighted Pull-ups.

B. Run 3km for time.
