For time:

4 Rounds ME (strict 3 min. rest in b/w each round)

10 KBS (53/35)
15 Wall Balls (20/14)
15 Ring Push-ups
Row 200 m

*Rest actively (walking) 3 min. in between each round – the goal is all sets same time and effort!!
