“Fittest of the Box” Competition – Sunday, April 27th

 

Monday, Apr. 14

 

A. Front Squat

Take 15 min. to establish a new 1RM

 

B. “Karen”

150 Wall Balls For Time (20/14)

Tuesday, Apr. 15

 

A. Back Squat

Take 15 min. to establish a new 1 RM

 

B. Work up to your MAX HANG POWER CLEAN

 

C. 500m Row For Time x 2 (rest 2 min. between)

 

 

Wednesday, Apr. 16

A. Deadlift: work up to a heavy single for the day (does NOT have to be a PR, and DO NOT burn yourself out!) THEN…

B. 5 Rounds For Time:

10 Deadlifts (225/155… 185/125…135/95)

10 HSPUs (substitute with Hand Release Push-Ups, if you do these…ATTENTION TO NEW MOVEMENT STANDARD: HIPS MUST BE IN LINE WITH SHOULDERS AT THE TOP OF THE MOVEMENT!!)

 

 

Thursday, Apr. 17

 

A. Work up to a heavy Split or Power Jerk. Work on technique!!

 

B. AMRAP – 7 min.

Burpees (jump up to a 45 lb. plate/full extension at the top)
