A. Four sets of:

5 Back Squats @ 30X0

Rest 60 seconds

8 Powell Raises @ 2020

Rest 60 seconds

 

B. In teams of three, with only one person working at a time, complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 15 minutes of:

20-Yard Bear Crawl (back and forth once across box)

5 Man-Makers

Tuesday, May 27

 

A. Four sets of:

7 Deadlifts @ 20X1

Rest 45 seconds

4 Wall Climbs

Rest 45 seconds

45s Double-Under Practice

Rest 45 seconds

 

B. For time:

30 Wall Ball Shots (20/14)

30 Sit-Ups

20 Wall Ball Shots

20 Sit-Ups

10 Wall Ball Shots

10 Sit-Ups

 

 

Wednesday, May 28

 

A. Three sets of:

8 Bench Press  @ 20X1 (Dumbbell or Barbell)

Rest 60 seconds

8 Pull-Ups @ 2111

Rest 60 seconds

60s Plank from Elbows

Rest 60 seconds

 

B. In teams of two, partners alternate to complete three sets each of:

20 Kettlebell Swings (53/35)

15 Push-Ups

400 Meter Run

 

 

Thursday, May 29

 

A. Three sets of:

6 Romanian Deadlifts @ 21X1

Rest 90 seconds

Handstand Push-Ups x Max reps

Rest 90 seconds

 

B. Three rounds for time of:

50 Double-Unders

25 Burpee Box Jump Overs

Friday, May 30

 

A. Find a new 1RM Power Clean

B. Death by Power Cleans

Start a clock and perform 1 power clean at 75% of your 1RM

At the beginning of the second minute perform 2 power cleans.  Continue to add one rep per minute until you cannot finish the set within 60 seconds.

 

 

Saturday, May 31

 

Make up a missed WOD/come practice a skill
