20 KB Swings (53/35)

10 Chest 2 Bar Pull-Ups (or Pull-Ups if you do not have C2B)

Tuesday, Mar. 22

A. Front Squat: look for a new 1RM. Then Drop Set – max reps at 75% of today’s heaviest single.

B. 5 Rounds For Time:

11 Thrusters (100/70)

11 Box Jumps (24”/20”)

Wednesday, Mar. 23

A. Strict Press: 5×3 @ 85%

B. 7 minutes to complete the following ladder:

4-8-12-16-20

S2OH (115/75)

Pistols (E/L)*

*The only progression allowed for this WOD will be foot behind ankle (or on floor). No bands or holding on to anything.
