Monday, June 2

 

3 Rounds For Time of:

400m Run

14 Chest 2 Bar Pull-Ups

7 OH Squats (135/95)

Rest 1:1

 

Tuesday, June 3  

 

A. Five sets of:

Push Press x 2 reps

Rest 90 seconds

 

B. In teams of two, partners alternate to complete 3 sets each of:

50 Double-Unders

20 Box Jump Overs (24″/20″)

 

 

Wednesday, June 4

 

A. Take 10-15 minutes to practice and/or build to a heavy-ish Snatch

 

B. For time:

Row 1000 Meters

then

Three rounds of:

15 Goblet Squats

15 Push-Ups

 

 

Thursday, June 5

 

A. Three sets of:

20 Steps Dumbbell Walking Lunges

Rest 60 seconds

4 Handstand Wall Climbs

Rest 60 seconds

 

B. Two sets for max reps/calories of:

60 seconds of Hang Power Cleans (135/95 lbs)

60 seconds Rest

60 seconds of Double Unders

60 seconds Rest

60 seconds of Row for Calories

60 seconds Rest

 

 

Friday, June 6

 

Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 5 minutes of:

10 Box Jumps (24/20″)

100 Meter Run

Rest 2 minutes

Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 5 minutes of:

10 Wall Ball Shots

10 Kettlebell Swings

Rest 2 minutes

Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 5 minutes of:

10 Pull-Ups

10 Burpees
