Algunos trabajos extras para fortalecer nuestro core ,
Día 1: 100 GHD sit up
Día 2: tabata 2010 plank hold 10 rounds
Día 3: 4rounds. 5 (strict) toes to bar , 20 hollow rocks
Día 4: 3 sets 15 good mornings, 15 GHD back extentions.
Descansamos un día de los cinco a la semana .dependiendo del training.
