CFPTY’S “Fittest of the Box” Individual Throwdown

Categories (Based on athlete’s capacity to handle the weights prescribed, subject to the discretion of the CFPTY Coaches Crew)

Event 1: The Chipper

AMRAP/ 12 min. to perform:

50 OTB Burpees
40 Shoulder 2 Overhead (Rx+ 75/55, Rx and Teens 55/35)
30 T2B (Rx: Box Jumps 24”/20”)
20 Power Snatches (Rx+ 75/55, Rx and Teens 55/35*)
10 HSPU (Rx: HR push-ups)

*for BBs with no plates, the rep must start below the knee.

 

Event 2: Dirty Clean Ladder

Any style of Clean allowed (Power, Squat, Continental as long as bar
goes from ground to rack position, full extension of the body).
Athlete will attempt the highest weight possible for points. They will
have 30s to complete the lift at each weight and 10s to transition to
the next station.

Rx+ male: 135, 145, 155, 165, 175, 185, 195, 205, 215, 225, 235…
Rx+ female: 95, 105, 115, 125, 135, 145, 155, 165, 175, 185, 195…

Rx male: 95, 105, 115, 125, 135, 145, 155, 165, 175, 185, 195…
Rx female: 65, 75, 85, 95, 105, 115, 125, 135…

 

Event 3: Row/Thruster AMRAP (2012 Garage Games)

Athlete will have 5 minutes to row 500m and use the remaining time
to perform As Many Repetitions As Possible of Thrusters (Rx+ 115/
75, Rx 75/45, Teens 65/35). Row time is not relevant to score.
